You feel yourself becoming less confident and insecure about bladder leakage or lack of bladder control.
You've stopped doing things you enjoy like lifting weights, jogging, or dancing because of urinary incontinence.
You find yourself shying away from being sexual because you're afraid you will have urinary leaks during sex.
You avoid certain social situations like traveling, concerts, or road trips because you don't trust your bladder.
You experience pelvic pain, sexual pain, or bladder pain and it’s impacting your wuality of life.
You pee on the way to the bathroom if you don't get there in time and find yourself searching for all nearby restrooms.
You pee "just in case" because you don't feel you can control your bladder.
You have to get up several times during the night to pee and never feel fully rested because of it.
You're constantly changing your panties or panty liners due to regular urinary incontinence through out the day.
You have to push your pee out or wait for your urine stream to start on the toilet.
You have UTI symptoms and feel bladder pain, urgency, or frequency but don't have a bladder infection.
You can't sneeze, cough, or laugh without dribbling pee in your undies.

You have no time, energy, or emotional capacity to invest into your pelvic health at this time.
What will happen during this exercise class?
We'll begin class with:
A breath work series to calm your nervous system, activate your diaphragm, and relax your pelvic floor.
Then we'll transition into pelvic floor exercises to support rib mobility, pelvic floor flexibility, and hip mobility - all important for bladder control and bladder function!
We'll progress into exercises to train and strengthen muscles that typically weaken and contribute to bladder leakage like: the upper body, the back, the abs, the butt, and the pelvic floor.
We'll end full circle with exercises focusing on diaphragmatic breathing & calming anxiety.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
A clear understanding of exercises and behaviors that help support optimal bladder control.
A better grip on why urinary incontinence happens, beyond just "pelvic floor weakness" so you can better arrange your life to nourish your pelvic and bladder health.
