THE VAG STRETCH LAB IS A SPACE DEDICATED TO HONORING OUR SEXUAL SELVES, OUR PELVIC FLOOR HEALTH, AND FEELING MORE CONNECTED TO THE PORTAL OF HUMANITY—OUR VAGINAS. BY RELEASING TENSION, STRESS, AND SHAME IN AND WITH OUR BODIES, WE CAN ACCESS THE PLEASURE, POWER, AND PEACE WE WANT TO FEEL IN OUR BODIES! 

This lab is for you if you:

  • struggle to feel erotic desire, sexual urges, or arousal.
  • grew up feeling a lot of shame around sexual urges, sensuality, and expressing your sexual needs.
  • have a difficult time prioritizing or communicating your own pleasure and sensual gratification.
  • have a strained relationship with your sexuality due to pain, body insecurities, trauma, or sexual dysfunction of any kind.
  • want to start prioritizing your sexual health on a regular basis
  • are not having sex but want to still embrace your sexual energy in a positive way
  • are ready to prioritize your pelvic, vaginal, and sexual health
  • are interested in natural and healthy ways to support your sexuality

This lab is not for you if: 

  1. You're looking for a quick fix to low sex drive or poor arousal and expect to get a microwave cure without adopting changes into your life on a regular basis
  2. You don’t want to feel sexually aroused.  
  3. Are coming this exercise clasd looking for medical advice for any medical condition.
  4. You are not ready to experience feelings or sensations that may invoke a feeling of vulnerability, clitoral activation, pelvic floor relaxation, pelvic floor muscle activation or arousal.

For this Vag Stretch Lab, we will be making an aphrodisiac “IN THE MOOD BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE” before we start the exercises and movements. For this smoothie you'll need:

-1 cup unsweetened milk of choice, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 2 scoops protein powder of choice, 3/4 cups of unsweetened greek or plant based yogurt, 1 teaspoon of ashwaganda powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
