THIS WORKOUT SESSION IS A VIRTUAL 30 MINUTE ACTIVE LAB HELD VIA ZOOM. THIS CLASS IS DEDICATED TO TEACHING YOU HOW TO EFFECTIVELY AND SAFELY STRENGTHEN YOUR DEEP CORE AND PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES! 
 

Benefits of a strong pelvic floor include: good bladder control, less back/hip pain, great sex and orgasms, optimal support for pregnancy/post partum, prevention/management of prolapse, and simply being able to live, laugh, and love with less worries about how your pelvic floor will handle it! Who doesn't want that?!

DURING LAB, YOU’LL LEARN: 

1. How to find your pelvic floor and how to turn your vagina ON without engaging other muscle groups.

2. How to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles without kegeling. 

3. How to coordinate your abdominals/diaphragm with your pelvic floor. 

4. What top movements and exercises challenge and strengthen your pelvic floor. 

5. Common daily habits that weaken your pelvic floor muscles. 

Even if you are unable to make it to lab in the real time, the full recording will be emailed to all registrants after class ends so you can experience the vag labat a time thats convenient for you!
